202 | Isaac moved with his older brother, James, to Camden Co., Mo. In 1855 he moved to Jack Co., Texas, settling about two miles southeast of where the comunity of Finis was built. Except for a short stay in Parker Co., Texas, he lived there until his death. After Isaac died, Sarah md. (2) Charles Dumahue. There were no children by the 2nd marriage. 209 | John and Mary Chenoweth migrated from Cornwall England to USA somtime between the birth of Hannah in 1713 and Arthur in 1716. The Mary Padden records question whether Mary Calvert is the daugther of Charles Clavert, but this has been confirmed by the LDS Records which show her mother to be Mary Banks, one of Charles' four wives. 235 | March Term 1839 I Thomas Lannum of the State of Tennessee Wilson County District No. 12 Do make & publish this as my last will and Testament. Hereby revoking and making void of all other wills by me, at any time made. First I direct that my funeral expenses are to ???? Just be paid as soon after my Death as posible out of any money's that I may die possessed of or may first come into the Execu- tors hand. 2ndly I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Lannum 1 horse bridle and saddle to be worth $75.00. 3rdly I give to my Daughter Nancy Manning one Dollar to be paid by my Executor so soon as my Debts shall be paid. Four- thly I give and bequeath to my daughter Stacy Husk one dollar to be paid in like manner. Fifthly I give and bequeath to my Son James Lannom One Dollar to be paid in the same manner. And it is my wish that my son James should make his home with the family as he has done heretofore provided they can agree. Sixthly I give and bequeath to my wife Mary Lannum all my land that I may Die seized of in the State of Tennessee and all my stock of horses cattle sheeps & hogs and all my house hold and kitchen furnature, farming utensils after sellling so much as will pay my Debts, provided there shall be Debts to pay, this I give her during her natural life and after her death it is my will that my executor sell the land and all the balance of the Estate and divide the proceeds equally betwixt Elizabeth Lannum and my two sons Thomas and John Lannum. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Johnathan Bailey my executor.
