  [Broderbund WFT Vol. 7, Ed. 1, Tree #0129, Date of Import: 25 Jul, 1998] Ignatius Atchison, Sr. was commissioned 1st Lt. of Jefferson Co. Battalion of Illinois Militia on April 18, 1826 (Exec Record 1818-1832 Vol 1, p 127.) Philadelphia Hopper died in 1860, and Ignatius remarried Mrs. Keziah Williams (History of Jeff. Co., Perrin). In Nov. 1878, Kizzie and Ignatius sold 1 acre of land for the present Ham's Grove Church to be built upon. Additional acreage sold to church in 1883 (History of Jefferson Co. 1810-1962, Historical Committee, Mt. Vernon, Il 1962). (This book spells name as Lizzie instead of Kizzie.) Buried in Williams Cemetery (N.
