- THE BEBOUT FAMILY IN FLANDERS AND NORTH AMERICA, 1943, by Alexander C Flick, p 8: "ELIZABETH BIBAU [6651-2379] married prior to 1648 PAULUS MEHOUDE [6669- 2379]. She and her husband sell in that year a parcel of land (TRANSPORT REGISTERS OF AARDENBURG). He is mentioned in a document quoted under Symoen [6645-2369], his wife's father, as the guardian of Simoen's minor children in the year 1647 and was undoubtedly already married to Elizabeth at that time. He and his wife lived at Zuidzande."
